This tv was purchased as a gift for someone. They did not have internet access for the t.v. They were happy to get the tv but it was not user friendly without the internet. Trying to get over the air tv, it was not easy to follow or find what channel you were watching.
Several months down the road, the TV was connected to the internet and the use of it improved. The tv guide and internet functionality was real good.
Because of the lack of user friendliness w/o internet, I did not give it a 4 which is my high score unless an item is outstanding.

I purchased this to update my previous player. It has been functioning great. I have played a DVD, Blu-Ray & 4K movies in it.
The device is working great. The picture quality is awesome. The sound quality is awesome. The upscale/up convert of regular Blu-ray movies is awesome. Some, the sound has increased too.
The remote, so far is simple and easy to use.
The added features, and wireless connectivity is not too bad.
Connecting to the wireless was easy too.
This is a pretty good player so far.
For sound, I use digital out for my system. This player has this option where as some others do not. When using surround sound vs the TV, it sound awesome.
