I absolutely love this device! I have used an iPhone and Pixel 2,3 this year. I was not impressed with the Pixel 3 at all after upgrading from the Pixel 2, which made me consider the note 9. I was a little sceptical because I had heard a lot about bloatware on Samsung devices. But after watching a few reviews, I decided to switch. I am glad I switched!
The phone's probably the most advanced phone in the market today. The camera is great, but to me the most impressive quality of the phone is how it makes certain things convenient like no other device in the market can today; like writing on the screen and sharing, or taking a quick snapshot of a part of the screen using the s-pen. If you use split screens, then there are some nifty short cuts to use those as well. At close to a thousand dollars, most phones have all the basic features like good call quality, good camera, fast speeds figured out. To me, it's the little things / features that this phone adds that differentiates it from the crowd.

The sound quality is great. But I ran into the video / audio sync issue even after getting the latest updates. The left earbud would also cut out occasionally. I had to return mine. Couldn't justify paying close to $200 for these earbuds
