LG has a million flaws and a faux warranty

Returned to store and awaiting the refund. I had a small issue with the door gaskets not sealing within the first two weeks. Warranty by LG, no Best Buy yet. So, he said it was not installed with the front higher than the back, and if they came out I would have to pay for it. So - no warranty. Bought a Frigidaire, satisfied but smaller for the same money. I also have an LG washer and it willnot/cannot dispense bleach. the end.

Large, so large it hurts to bend over (86 year today). I only use the Express wash unless, twice, I packed with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, dog dishes, cat dish, hummingbird feeders. Use it with a common detergent. The filter is so wonderful, does not require the neighbor to help. I air dry, so does it work? Who knows?

No SD card slot, no optical disk for restoring software, USB port is a joke, can't reach it from desk and with wireless keyboard one is left for the rest of the equipment. The on-off button is in the rear so the only way you know it is on is to move it to see if from front. All in all, the equipment is getting cheaper and the M/S software with Win11 is less and less than before. Too much time to get up and running for a new computer every single time. No options, this is it.

Worse I have had in 60 years!

It will not allow the use of bleach. The 'add to liquid soap drawer' does not mention that the bleach goes straight into the laundry without dilution. If the door is open it goes straight onto the door gasket, my legs, feet, floor. I have had two pairs of pants splashed, and a sweater destroyed when it landed on top of the cotton crocheted item. Who puts out a washer that will not allow liquid bleach to be safely used? So, there is a big routine, dilute, fill, stop, unlock, add, then put the laundry in. NO Rinse & Spin cycle either, drain and spin - yes. Forget about caring for knits. Would I like my old Kenmore back, pay the repair bill and carry on? Oh, yes. For a normal load of towels in hot water - over an hour of electricity use. Not cheap to run, not easy to run, and no re-do. Put the bleach in the tub first and I get the same hot spots. Service: LG has the worst possible management team. As for the design team my mama could have done better, they have no idea of the use. Kenmore, since 1960 had bleach dispensers, Purcchased Oct 2021

There is no continuity from one scrren to the next. e.g. the 'zoom' is in the upper left corner, upper right corner, lower left corner - it is a collections of stuff, not a seamless program. No improvement since inception in flow. Fellas, you need flow chart software and a good auditor

It is a washer. It doesn't wash bath mats/ scatter rugs. It doesn't wash white towels in hot water. It doesn't run without a lot of mechanical noises. It requires a self-cleaning process of 5 hours/monthly. That requires bleach into the soap dispenser and it runs right through and on to my foot because I didn't know I had to have the door closed. It doesn't have adequate access to the bleach dispenser to handle a half gal container w/out spilling on my foot. It is pre-programmed to half assed settings. When the power is out it reverts to a different cycle than what was set/ using. It destroyed a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. I am 82, live alone, have Costco bath towels and bath mats (dirty) and this machine is totally inadequate for my use. Dingy, thy name is Samsung.
