Five years after their dangerous journey across the post-pandemic United States, Ellie and Joel have settled down in Jackson, Wyoming. Receiving this box was like Christmas morning. It's big, it has some weight to it and it has a beautiful finish to it. When you open it and you feel that smooth matte box to then open the top and see layers of goodies, it's just a great feeling knowing after all the delays and the constant wait you get the sense of, "Oh yeah, this was worth it". Steel book has beautiful art to it. The picture book has awesome art in it and even the little thank you note was in a binded hard cover. Pins and stickers a very nice but realistically I'm sure those who bought this got it for the Statue as I did and Wow what a statue. Beautiful attention to detail. Ellie looked amazing and how those colors work perfectly.
I def recommend this as its under 200 and it should eventually sell out. (as if this writing it was still available on another site).

The 4 stars are for the steelbook alone. The artwork is beautiful and its a great addition to my steelbooks. That being said, it loses a star sadly because the game is just down right terrible. After a wonderful enjoyable Beta I got the game on day 1. From there on out it was just a dumpster fire. If you can grab the steelbook, then grab it as it really is nice to look at.

This was mentioned from IAM8BIT as intentional to distinguish the difference between an IAM8BIT release and a Best Buy release. Essentially making IAM8BIT release "limited". Personally, I'm ok with that. Would of preferred maybe a reversal cover or something. Either way, this was intentional and mentioned before Best Buy had their release.

First off, why give it 5 stars if you don't agree with the price? Secondly, reason it's a little pricier falls into a couple things. 1, cartridges have always been more expensive to make (see Switch Games vs Ps4/xbox games) 2nd, this is a limited edition version of the game. In small prince it states that only 8,500 were made. On top of that, out of those 8,500 copies 7,500 are that opaque white color you see while 1,000 copies are a glow in the dark translucent blue color. These colors are randomly inserted in the sealed unmarked copy so a person wouldn't know what color they received without opening the actual game. Hope this answers a little your question. Is it a bit pricey? Yes, but let's remember this is really for collecting purpose with an option to be played.

How many GB is the game?
It says on the box something like at least 120-150 Gb needed...realistically the disc holds like 50-60 GB....theres a couple of patches needed when installed...so in all you're looking at almost 100GB off the bat. Takes a bit but worth it

2- the physical version of hollow knight DOES come with goodies and dlc.
Always try to keep in mind that Switch physical games will always be more than the digital versions and other platforms. Once you understand that part, you’ll never question the cost again. Hope it helped
