Great except for snyapse

Works great! I bought it for my husband and he is using it every day. For him it’s perfect for computer gaming. I’m even a bit jealous of how nice the keys are on it compared to my $45 keyboard. The price on this was too good to pass up too. My only complaint is in general with razer snyapse. I have issues left and right with their program on my razer laptop and razer headset. So far his lights have reset a couple times on him in the week he has owned it. Razer needs to get better programming for the lights!

Love it but have several gripes!

So first things first - this laptop is super cute because it’s pink! But lets get into the cons… 1. The keyboard backlight has issues. Every 3 days it stops working. I’ve only owned it 1 week and it has already stopped working 3 times. Customer support from Razers only fix is to delete and reinstall synapse. To have to do that every 3 days is quite annoying and time consuming. Issue 2. The screen randomly flickers black. No resolution. Lots of reddit users experiencing the same problem. Gripe 3. Theres only 1 USB port. Awful! I need at least 4-5 and didn’t realize this when I read the specs obviously. So cant use external mouse and keyboard at same time. Or sync my devices. Or use an external storage. Gonna have to buy an adapter. Overall this is the fastest laptop I’ve owned. It even handles games like Stardew Valley on stream. I just really hate the issues I do have with it which is why 3 stars. For a $1500 laptop I expected better.

This is our 2nd fire stick for our home and we have purchased about a dozen for our staff as gifts and they love it. Easy to hookup and use. My only complaint is it does disconnect from the wifi a lot which you have to reset both the wifi and stick to get it to work again.

This ring is so much better than the 1st gen. We only had the 1st gen 2 years when the battery died completely and was not replaceable. We had to buy a whole new ring and decided to buy this one bc you can buy replacement batteries for this model. The picture qualify is a million times better too! We can actually see past our doorstep and onto the street!

These lights are amazing! A little difficult to figure out how to hang at first so I had to google some YouTube video tutorials. The app also took some troubleshooting to figure out how to get working but once that was all set up and installed it’s been all good! I love that you can customize the colors and set them to your music. I wish they weren’t so darn expensive bc I’d definitely buy more!
