New dryer needs a new clean vent!

The Smart Choice Semi-Rigid Dryer Vent Kit was required for hook-up of the new dryer I just purchased. Good thing because the old vent was corroded with lint even though it had been cleaned periodically. This new vent seems to work good & I feel better knowing there isn't any build up in the vent now.

I purchased this Smart Choice - 6" Stainless-Steel Washing Machine Fill Hose (2 pack) to go with my new washer. Good thing I did as the previous ones I was using were ready to crack! Glad the sales person strongly suggested putting in new ones with the new machine. It was easy to install & gives me peace of mind that I won't have a flood from a cracking hose!

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

When I purchased my dryer, I also purchased the Smart Choice Dryer Gas Line that was required for the hook-up of my new Maytag gas dryer. At first I thought the old gas line would be good enough to reuse, but after seeing how worn it looked, I realized it is good to start with everything new. Better to be safe!

Large capacity does large loads!

I've had this washer for less than one month but am very pleased with it! Although some reviews have said it is noisy, I do not find that to be the case. I also read that it doesn't use enough water to wet the clothes completely. It certainly uses less water than the old washers used to but it's enough to wet all of the clothes, especially if you us the "deep fill" option. I find all of my clothes have washed clean. This one has an agitator which I feel does a better job of moving the clothes within the tub than those without an agitator. Of note, if you by accident touch the on/off power button during the cycle, it will drain the water and you have to start over with the cycle from the beginning!

I've had this dryer less than one month but it seems great! It's large capacity is perfect for my king size blankets or a couple sets of king size sheet sets. I enjoy having the different settings for different load types and find they all dry as expected. I wasn't expecting how soft and fluffy everything would come out when finished drying! Even without a dryer sheet items are softer than my old Kenmore dryer left my clothes. Also, I read a review that the dryer was noisy. Not so with mine. It runs smoothly and quietly. I'd recommend it to anyone!
