Purchased receiver and within a month stopped working it was past the 14 day return policy. Best Buy would do nothing about it. Had to repack the product and send it to a 3rd party repair shop for sony. Neither bestbuy or sony would offer to replace my 1 month old receiver. So now im waiting for the product to be repaired and sent back. If i wanted a refurbished product i would have bought one for cheap.
