The descriptions states that this vacuum is NOT bagless, but seems to have the same bagless dustbin as other cordless vacuums. Where exactly is the bag? Also, does this come with the smaller power head or not? The description is different than the specs

There is not a bag, it is a canister. Often times I have noticed the things listed in the specifications area of a product is not very useful nor accurate. I am not sure what is meant by the smaller power head.
