Easy for Geek squad to set up, but not shown how to use voice, and it doesn't work with my new Harmony All- in one remote. Am I missing something? Like the simplicity of the remote.

Took Geek squad (1 person) 4 hours the 1st day and they had to return with 2 additional perople for another hour the 2nd day. Still NOT working as well as it should, always having to hit "Help"..NOT seamless..This is my 4th remote in over 25 years and this is definately the most challenging. Geek squad all responsive, but I don't have this kind of time!

after 1 month, the ROKU still doesn't work with the new remote and every time you hit the remote, it doesn't do what you want and you have to continuously hit help.
