Sling is great at first

We were subscribers of Sling for roughly 5 years and definitely enjoyed it, however, they appeared to only remove major channels and increase the price. We signed up for the sports package, but due to complications with Fox Sports, they no longer offered their channels and this was never relayed it to the customers. If looking for a bare bone streaming service, the basic package works, but I would recommend looking elsewhere if wanting more channels or sports. Also does not include local channels like most.

Laptop is great, but have had a few issues

Laptop overall works great, however, we have had two issues related to the power. Within the first 3 months, the first issue was that the laptop would not charge or turn on. After getting a free repair covered by the warranty, the laptop now will not charge. If battery dies to 80%, it will hold at 80% even when plugged in for days. It will only occasionally charge back to 100%, but unsure the reason. Unable to have this looked at again due to the quarantine and the need for the laptop while working from home.
