Great Phone and Price! One Issue...

I bought this phone for my gf. I currently have a Galaxy Note 9 and this phone is a bit thinner, lighter and about the same size. The design is slightly different but still has that stupid Bixby button that is useless.
When I received the phone, it surprisingly had the two seals on each side cut and what looked like it was half-assed retaped. After a call to support, I received a second phone a couple of days later. Good service!
