Don’t get me wrong. The delivery was Fair. Very fair. Nothing against the gentlemen who delivered this with complete care and professionalism. They deserve 5 stars. It was Best Buy’s instructions that were incredibly misleading. When I purchased this and selected free delivery, it also stated that it would be geek squad delivering it and even received an email with instructions on how to prepare for my delivery AND geek squad installation. So, I prepared my home to make it as open for them as possible, it was ALOT of work since I have a fully furnished and decorated home with just enough walk way for me carrying groceries... not two men carrying a 65” tv nor room to put one together. I also made sure to take the pets to the sitters and cleared my entire schedule for the day. Only to have it be two guys in a white unlabeled van have me meet them meet them outside and guide them to my apartment, sign a receipt, and leave. I was shocked.. I was also alone and had to set it all up alone. Which luckily I succeeded (I’m a big guy with long arms). It was a free service so I let it slide, but I do have to warn anyone reading this, if it sounds like the same situation... don’t bother making your home geek squad friendly... they’re not coming , they’re not installing anything... unless you pay for it. Even if Best Buy is sending you instructions as if they were.

So far so GREAT. I wish there was a half star rating option so I could give this 4 1/2 stars. I have a few gripes about it which is what prevents it from being 5 stars. 1) is the android OS... it’s laggy, it’s slower than roku and others, but it still gets the job done; it just may not be as instant as the previously mentioned have spoiled us with (if you’re used to having them). 2) the remote buttons are soft and VERY sensitive to even the slightest touch. I often turn off the tv or hit the YouTube button by mistake and it’s very annoying. Not sure how I feel about this next feature yet but if you have a ps5 plugged in and you turn off the tv and wanna keep the ps5 on; it just auto turns it off. I used to not mind it but then in one instance when I needed to leave the house for a bit and wanted to turn the tv off but leave the game paused ...it just shut everything down. Not sure if I can change this but if you just save your game before leaving it’s a minor problem. And finally; no buttons on the tv. You lose the remote.. you gotta wait for it to auto shut off (if you even have the setting on). Besides those things, it’s an amazing tv for the price. I paid Black Friday $250 for this and 100 percent do not regret it thus far. Easy set up even by myself (though not recommended- I’m 6’3” and have long arms. And was still very paranoid about dropping it). You will be happy with this if this is your first 4K display.

One of the classiest steelbooks i own. As an avid steelbook collector I must say The plastic sleeve needs to be a regular thing. Just adds extra protection, never had a Best Buy steelbook arrive dented if it includes one and it looks amazing. Great 4k release, and flick toon tons of bonus features. Rían Johnson should stick to original ideas like this.

Do not buy if you are buying for the console indicated on the blue banner of the games cover. It is broken. I am lucky enough to have both a ps4 and ps5 and the experiences is night and day different. Ps5 it’s great, lots of bugs but it is playable and a great experience that will only improve as updates continue to roll out. So yeah, wait it out
