I have purchased the 64GB flash drive, when plugged in, the total capacity showed is 57.6 GB, why is it less ?
Any drive that is measured in GB/TB or even MB has an amount of memory that has to be devoted to the self formatting if you will of the device itself. So basically even if something had 1000GB on the box-in all actually you the end user would only have access to about 986GB worth of space. Just a trend of the industry honestly
