They came and went but again when I asked to balance he put his hand on it and said it’s not rocking. I wish it took out the leveler from the garage. I guess I was calling it balancing instead of leveling it.

Old is better than new

Well my new one you have to put everything in the washer instead of putting the beads in letting the water run then put everything else in. But it’s noisier than they old one I wish that one worked. I don’t hear it so much as I’m upstairs most of the time so I don’t know if it’s as off balance since Michael had to balance it not the team that installed it. They blew me off again & I told Michael that it makes the water in the tub off balance to begin with so I didn’t want it to break before it should. I can’t get into the website as I’m locked out.. customer service said they couldn’t help me but not sure why they couldn’t.
