In Store Pickup Always Wins

My store had 4 of these in store and I just went in and picked one up. If people are having trouble with shipping, just check your store stock and go get it there instead. Much easier than dealing with shipping imo, that's why I prefer in store pickups. Plus you can check the condition of the item yourself.

I spent hours doing my research as to where to preorder my Final Fantasy 16. After days of looking into it and debating, I decided to make my purchase with Best Buy as they offered an additional special edition Clyve Steel Book Case with your purchase. Well today I received my order but DID NOT recieve my special edition Case. Nowhere in the description did it say they were "sold out" or "no longer available". In fact it was quite the opposite. They flash the pictures in your face and the description includes all the details of the product you're recieving. This is a scammy business tactic and to say Im disppointed is describing it lightly. TAKE CAUTION WHEN PLACING ORDERS WITH BEST BUY...thats my only logical outcome I guess..

Bought this expecting to get the entire series, what I got instead was the theatrical cut of the first episode. No where in any of the descriptors does it say this. It was only once it arrived did I find this out. Will be returning.

No where in the description does it say complete series either. Maybe next time go on a bluray site and read what comes with it...Plus a complete series would not cost $28 on 4K.

Been waiting 3 months to get the deluxe version of this game and haven’t been able to pre order it. No one has an explanation as to why it’s “unavailable” which is unacceptable at this point.

Best Buy had multiple restocks last week, not to mention Gamestop and Amazon as well. You should have been on Twitter and followed Wario64. All he does is post restock and drops. Plus best Buy had a restock at 1AM ET, 10PM PT last night.
People started preordering this version back in Sept when it was announced and available for weeks straight with the steelbook.

Yes. This is confirmed. The accessories for PS5 are released today and available for purchase. I ordered a remote and extra controller for in store pickup. They had both ready to go for me.
