Suddenly my computer is slower

Got Trend Micro and suddenly my computer is slower. Every few moments my internet is "not responding", to the point it spends more time frozen that actually functioning. Try to call their customer service which is conveniently only open M-F, with a sketchy-quality outgoing message during non-business hours. I guess you're out of luck if your computer stops working on a weekend. I'm not sure who would have come up with that business plan. I wish I'd gotten another brand. At least if my computer had the same response, I would have had the chance to talk with someone from the company about it at a reasonable time.
