SWA-9500S ATMOS rear surround speakers
on February 14, 2022

Adding these to Q700A also pickuped from BB. Gotta have ATMOS these days in home theater! The setup is a breeze and make sure you place the right L/R speaker accordingly (Labeled at the back of it). I didn't noticed that and was wonder how the system know which one I put and thought there is actually a positioning sensor to detect it, hey, it's a wireless ATMOS speaker! End up I was just pure luck to place the right L/R at place. As for the ATMOS up firing channel, unfortunately I'm not able to experience too much since I have a high ceiling and already crank rear up volume to highest +6. Anyway I still get the rear surround effect to stunt me sometimes (Black Hawk Down).
One of the thing I want to highlight and struggled as most people do on this Samsung rear ATMOS speakers are: the mounting screw for the stand! Product spec sheet didn't mention any, BB and even Samsung didn't have clue what exactly the thread these speakers has, it's a joke! Saw some people just quote what BB (eventually feed by Samsung) that the thread is 6.3mm width, 1.3mm pitch, 18mm length, people tried M4/5/6 and some just simply 3D print one, and the thread is just simply a standard camera mount screws with 1/4-20, I simply use a 1/4 screw from my scrap box and finally done!

Unites 3 remote into a single remote.
on February 14, 2022

Verified Purchase:Yes
Simple device to unite the TV remote and the Roku remote. Although paring with my TCL TV took some trial and error and a little bit too much time, eventually got it to work... Not 100%. But to a point I can do what I normally need on the daily basis. Unable to browse through menu in TV's built in smart app. Works fine with Samsung Q700A sound bar, volume and input. Wife is not too happy about it since there is learning curve, need to select TV, then press side power button, etc. Wish it has better programming or automation between devices. Changing battery could be inconvenient since you need to remove a small screw, who still use screw on remote?
Anyway it fulfill my basic needs for the price point.

Washer water hose

These pair of hose are needed for the new washer and it fits right on the main water outlet. It's stainless steel and it's rugged. Although I find the hose to be a little too long, which we have to bundle it and make sure it's not bending too much and ensure the flow of water is smooth.

Been thinking to get one but then pandemic jacked up all the prices. It's higher than before but not that much and we need to stock some stuff which tend to save for long time.
Unit runs quite silent and uses about 6W when compressor on. Size is right and good space for storing stuff we needed. Maybe the seal is not that good since there are some frost around the top (I checked it's closed properly) and around the included wire tray.

Go solar!
on March 8, 2021

Verified Purchase:Yes
Use to supply power to the blink where I'm going to put in high sensitivity area. Although it's use solar for the sake of saving batteries and think of go Green, but thinking of you will lost feed if the panel or cable is disconnected is still giving me skeptical thought about this setup. Will see.
Wish it:
Has longer cable. Now I have to sacrifice to put the panel on not so optimal location.
The rotating arm has limited motion that allow you to setup the way you want.

Add on camera with 2 way talk and local file save.
on March 8, 2021
Posted by: Wookie
Verified Purchase:Yes
Adding to existing 3 external camera system. Reason is to have 2 way talk function since I don't have Ring.
Pros:
2 way talk.
Sync module 2 which has local file save capability.
Cons:
Although I'm able to pickup more motions meaning now I get alarm with cats, squirrel, etc including night time infra red recording. Wish it will filter out animals and human.
The lens seems pickup rain drops and won't go away after rain stop. But it seems gone due to vaporized or blown away. Maybe the coating or the recessed lens has anything to do with it. Will monitor more about this issue.

Wifi enabled washer.
on March 8, 2021

Verified Purchase:Yes
Replacing 3.5 years old Samsung which start to have motor sensor issue and deemed not able/worth to fix by Geeksquad.
Good things about it that seems uses less detergent, has wifi to inform you the cycle is finished, remote start, or tells you if there is issue with the washer.
Bad things about it is that although it's 10cycles, it doesn't has custom cycle where you can save it as favorite. It seems has less buttons compared to my old Samsung which is also 10 cycle. However there is convenience of loading a preset cycle using the app but I want to save my custom cycle with just 1 button operation.
Will see how long this will last.

I see the power cords are about 5 feet long. Are longer power cords available? 5 foot might be a little short.

Yes I think so too. I just use an extension cable. Or you can just find the longer cable with the right connnector. Search "2 prong power cord" in Amazon and should find lots of longer cable for TV and AV systems (non-polarized).

I have a HW-Q850A sound bar package which includes the SWA-9100S rear speaker kit. The sounbar indicates a June 2021 date of manufacture. Are the SWA- 9500S speakers compatible with the soundbar? Thanks Roger

Yes 9500S compatible with Q700A/Q800A/Q900A series.
These rear speakers are also sell as individual items so it might have different mfgr date than the main unit.

What speaker stands are compatible with the Samsung SWA-9500S/ZA speakers that will let you hide the speaker wires inside the stand?

Don't think there will be a speaker stand that will allow you hide the power cable because the plug of the cable is too big to route through the tube of a speaker stand. But since the power plug is at the bottom which is good so you can tie the cable along the stand and back of it will look much cleaner.

Hi there, I purchased these speakers and just bought some speaker stands to go with them, however the stands didn't come with the correct screws. What size of screws do i beed for the keyhole mount? Thank's

Found this after couple days struggling with BB and Samsung support.
It is 1/4-20 UNC. Same screw as on camera stand. Local hardware store or ebay/Amazon will have nice camera screw available.

Produce documents with sharp, detailed text using this Epson EcoTank all-in-one color printer. A 2.4-inch color display and a simple interface offer easy operation, and Wi-Fi connectivity lets you print and scan remotely. This Epson EcoTank all-in-one color printer produces up to 15 high-quality pages per minute and has a 150-sheet input tray that minimizes refill-related downtime.Prints up to 15 ISO ppm*, up to 8 ISO ppm* in color.

Is this easily set up?

It's very easy to setup. Although I'm cautious about ink stain, but just follow the quick start guide to fill up the inks, then power it up and follow the instructions, which will charge the ink from the reservoir to the print head. You will see some ink level lowered and I guess that's what's lots of people saying they haven't really start print but then the ink already lowered. It's because it use the ink to fill up the tubes and print head and ready for print. Again you can fill up the remaining ink from the bottles from your initial fill up. That will bring the link level back to full again. I was curious as I still see some 'left over' in the bottle after the initial fill ups. Now I know it's because they know you will need it after it charged up. The printer will start print some test pages for alignment verification, which I think it's the hardest part because there are patterns that I feel very alike and hard to make a choice. Anyway I just use default number for those hard to decide pattern. As for the network setup, although I have to tried twice but eventually it did linked to my wifi and pc is easily to recognize it. Scanner is also easy to use and can scan directly saved to specific pc and folders. Just need to spend time to go through the setup in the utility.
