Usb port connection is poor

I have had mine for a week. This is the second one. I had the first for a day until I returned it. The usb connection is the poorest I have had on any electronic device. There is no friction hold it in. I can jiggle a usb cable with the 6-in-1 at the end and it will come off with just the weight of the device. I ended up heading back to best buy after one day to trade it out. I brought a usb cable with me. I tested three new ones before leaving the store. Every one had the same poorly connected usb port. So now I am dealing with the manufacturer who is offering the 9-in-1 instead of the 6-in-1.

Second unit sent to manufacturer

I reached out regarding the loose usb-a port to the manufacture. They sent me a RMA number and FedEx label to send it back. I was reassured that the fit of the usb-a would be tested before sending out. Upon arriving at home I can confirm that the usb port was indeed fitting like it should. I just don’t like the fact that I had tested 4 units in best buy and ALL OF THEM were so loose the cable would fall out upon shaking it. Not very good quality control on Sanho’s part. If customers have to raise the concern individually to have it fix — there is a problem. I originally got this with my 12.9” ipad and using Tonestack guitar interface with it. I never use it without the cable attachment. It is too weak and wobbly with an audio jack, charge jack and USB jack plugged in. Too much strain on the usb-c port on the ipad without the extension cable.

Does this include removable and replaceable grip that secures USB-C hub onto iPad Pro? Does it include grips and extension cables that support iPad Pro with screen protectors, cases and other USB-C devices?
It comes with an adapter that you can install after removing two screws that is for ipad with a screen protector. It also comes with a usb-c dongle option that is around 6” long to use when the ipad has a case on it. Both options require using the jewelry screwdriver, removing two screws and then screwing in the new options.
