I purchased a few of these while they were on sale. My husband and I have Otterbox cases on our phones and the chargers don't always work. Placing the phone on the charging stand sideways seems to help a bit, but not always. May work better without a case or a case that isn't as thick.

I've been using this phone for nearly two weeks and I really like it. I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S8, and the only thing I miss is the notification light in the top left corner. The S20+ doesn't have this so you have to pick the phone up and look to see if you have a notification (text message, missed call, etc.).
