My favorite trilogy. Well, first movie is my favorite movie. Second favorite trilogy behind LotR. I’ve owned DVD and BluRay and now 4K. I’ve not watched the 4K, but it won’t alter my score as I’m a major fan of the movies. Third one isn’t my favorite but it’s fun

I’ve not watched this one yet as I bought all three on sale. A youtube reviewer stated the Dolby Vision in this movie is outstanding. Giving it a 5 doe that alone.

I bought this when it was on sale as I wanted to own all the marvel movies. I had the bluray and the quality and movie were good. I’ve not watched the 4K version yet. Different bruce banner but that’s ok.

I don’t know if I received a bum tv but this was horrible. Streaming HD from YouTubeTV was super blurry, no matter the settings. Slight off center viewing left the colors muted. I was sick to my stomach that this looked much worse than my 10 year old Plasma. I exchanged it for a smaller LG OLED that is much better, although I don’t like the OLED as much as I had hoped. I miss my plasma.

I’ll start with the negative to get it out of the way. This isn’t just for OLED but all 4ks I’ve seen. They do not handle normal 1080p content as well as a native 1080p TV due to the up conversion that needs to take place. The motion handling isn’t good on this tv. Lots of judder on videos panning rock cliffs and suck. Appears there is a sliding scale to adjust this but I’ve not dug into it that deep. Out of the box, motion smoothing (soap opera effect) is on. Looked horrible.
Watching 4K content on a physical disk looks better than streaming. The blacks and contrast are great. The picture looks the exact same from any angle that you don’t get from an LED TV. I was also surprised at how good the tv speakers are. Better than any tv I’ve ever owned.

Short summary and it’s the same for all disney/Pixar movies. Movie was good. PQ is fantastic. Audio leaves a lot to be desired compared to non Disney discs. Disney is know to go weak on the Low Frequencies and creates a subpar audio experience if you have decent speakers and a subwoofer. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not bad, but for 2020, it’s frustrating they continue to master these things so poorly for audio relative to other studios.

As a movie, it’s not that good. It’s average. The first iron man was good. The next two are horrible in my opinion. I don’t have a 4k TV yet, but the picture quality down converted to 1080p on my PJ, it looks fine. Disney is not demo quality for their audio. Leaves a lot to be desired.

As a movie, it’s completely ridiculous. Same plot as other marvel movies. Bad guy has same powers as hero, but not as long, and already a master. With that said, I loved Ant Man as it is just fun. I don’t have a 4k TV yet, but the picture quality down converted to 1080p on my PJ, it looks fine. Disney is not demo quality for their audio. Leaves a lot to be desired.
