Good job, but not perfect and they were late

The personnel that came to install the washer and dryer machines arrived at 5:00 pm when the scheduled time was between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Nobody called me to let me know there was a problem and that they were going to arrive late. I called Best Buy, and after 1-hour waiting they informed me that the they were going to arrive in 30 minutes. I wasn't at my own home because this was a gift for my elderly mother. I'm a nurse who work nights and I was scheduled to work that night again. Their tardiness was a big problem for me.
Also, they assembled the washer and dryer (dryer on top of the washer) outside the apartment. After they left, I left all the plastic tape that came to protect the machines when new, and at this moment it is very difficult to remove.

When I purchased the Samsung washer and dryer, this item was indicated as necessary. It is not. The washer comes with the hoses for cold and hot water. In addition, this one was too long. I personally think it was a waste of money.
