Replacement TV

Replaced Samsung curved with 3D and 4k which was getting darker and a little out of focus. Had best buy 5 year warranty, which still had a month to go. Geek squad came down and was not able to get parts to repair, instead gave us the credit back for the full price plus tax that we paid . Used that to get a great replacement. This tv has a little better picture but no 3D or curve . We did have a great picture on old one. It took a little while to fine tune picture we are very happy. Thanks Best Buy .

Our 65" curved 3d tv finally started to get darker called geak squade to fix still under best buy 5 year plan just short of 5 years .After ordering some parts and teck making a couple of visits we found out part needed was no longer being made . So we got our refund and tried this tv unfortunately we could not get it out of super dark mode .some day light scenes were almost ok but most of the time it was to dark. I have been a samsung tv guy for 5 tv's so when i tried to get it set it to see more i failed so had to take it back. Best buy took care of us and we did get a better tv . Sorry this one failed.
