I have had this controller for years, and it has worked flawlessly. It feels good in my hands, and I use it for both PC and Xbox. I also purchased a Microsoft charging stand for the controller, and it looks great on my desk. I highly recommend this controller.
I also just purchased the Xbox Elite Series 2, which was defective out of the box! With so many users reporting issues with the Elite Series 2 over the years I would not recommend it and stick with this one.

Brand new out of the box, and the right bumper button works inconsistently! Enough said. I will add that it looks and feels great in your hands, but so does my other Xbox controller, which I can charge on a Microstand charging stand on my desk, which looks great. This controller charges with a USB-C charging cable or in the carrying case. Either option is not as elegant as the stand I place the charger on, and it looks great. Also, the batteries are built-in and, over time, will need to be replaced, unlike other options that have access to the batteries. I knew about the reported issues with this controller but hoped these might have been correct but in my case, it doesn't seem so. Disappointed and returned.

Not an UberFlex ProPulse Hose as Promissed

I was comparing this model sold on both BestBuy and Lowes. The Lowes unit comes with the Blue UberFlex Propulse hose, and the BestBuy model comes with a Black knockoff. I asked the difference between the Lowes and Best Buy units in Consumer Questions, and Greenworks stated it was an UberFlex hose. I also called Greenworks support directly to confirm, and they stated it was an UberFlex hose. I ordered the system from Best Buy and can confirm that the provided hose is not the Consumer UberFlex ProPulse hose. Oddly enough, I cannot see consumer questions about this product now. There were 10 questions answered.
I have added pictures to this review that show the differences between the UberFlex ProPulse hose and the provided Black hose. The Black hose has braiding seams on the outside, the UberFlex does not, the connectors are different, the UberFlex has extended strain relief, the Black hose does not, the UberFlex has the full name and patent number stamped on the hose, the Black hose does not, and Black hose does not match up to the UberFlex hose to reduce kinks and usability. Maybe ProPulse makes the hose for Greenworks, but it is not the UberFlex and is not as good. Most people will purchase a 50' hose, so I would recommend getting the best price, but it would be good to have still a 25' UberFlex hose to use as an extension if needed than the provided Black knock-off hose.

Works but Tough to Seat in Place!

The charger works fast, and you can see the charging state on the controller, which lights up orange as it charges. I have the charger inside a shelf, and it is difficult to line up the controllers, so they sit properly. I often hit the PS button, and the PS5 starts up again, and I have to remove the controller and go through the shutdown process again! The charging station for my PS4 worked perfectly, and it was easy to connect and charge. This charge station is not quite there yet, but all after-market chargers for the PS5 controller have the same issue with the controllers easily seating.

Continually Locks Up

I purchased new and connected to a new A90J using HDMI 2.1 cables, and for every 4K disc, I have played locks up! This includes brand new discs and old ones. I even cleaned each disc just in case but no luck. It seems like a memory issue and occurs about an hour into each disc. You can stop playback and return, and it looks fine, but I have also noticed chapter selection will not work in many cases, and the "Resume" feature often is not working? I purchased this unit thinking my A90J remote would control this player, but it doesn't, so you have to use the weak non-lit Sony remote. It does have better Bluetooth sound output when connected to a Sony headset, but I can do the same thing using my A90J work. I am only using this unit to play 4K discs and do not need it for streaming. I do all streaming through the A90J. I am not sure what options are left, but I wanted a dedicated player instead of a gaming console to get better picture quality.

Produces Interference on other Devices

I have had three of these. One was a replacement by Logitech. The issue is that the Powerplay will generate EMF interference while in the charging state, as indicated by the White LED on the pad receiver. I have the G903 Mouse, G910 Keyboard, and the Powerplay. I also use a Logitech MX Master 3 and Performance MX for productivity most of the time. I noticed the mouse cursor while using any other wireless mouse like the MX Master 3 or Performance MX was jittering, and I could not control it while the Powerplay was in the charge state!
As soon as the charge state ended or I unplugged the Powerplay, the cursor would return to normal. As soon as the Powerplay returned to the charging state, the cursor would become erratic again! I also noticed the G903 generated a jittery mouse cursor while the Powerplay was in a charged state. It was not as bad as when using the MXM3, and I could select items, but the cursor was jittering until the charge state ended.
So Logitech sent me a replacement Powerplay, and it had the same issue! Because I use my productivity Logitech mice the most, I would unplug the Powerplay pad to prevent the problem from occurring. When I wanted to game and use the G903 mouse, I would plug the Powerplay back in.
Fast forward a few months, and I started to play Elden Ring on PC using an Xbox controller. I noticed intermittent issues with menu control. When trying to select or scroll through a menu using the Xbox controller, I could not choose anything, and it would jump around! At first, I thought this was a new game patch issue, but it continued to occur, and then I noticed the game was jittering slightly only on the monitor I was playing Elden Ring. When this issue remained after several patches, I discovered the Powerplay was causing the problem when it was in a charge state! Like the mice, once I disconnected the Powerplay USB cable or stopped charging, the issue would disappear.
I connected the USB connection directly to my desktop and other USB ports, but the issue persists. All device Firmware and G-Hub software are up to date. I even purchased a third Powerplay pad from BestBuy, hoping Logitech may have changed something, but the issue continues even on the newest Powerplay. The Powerplay produces some EMF that impacts other wireless devices, speakers, and monitors. I am not sure how the Powerplay is affecting my monitor. Still, it is only occurring on the monitor I am playing Elden Ring on, leading me to conclude the interface is coming through the Xbox controller and maybe producing micro character movement, which looks like screen jittering on my monitor.
I have contacted Logitech again regarding this issue. I have not seen many reviewers reporting this, but I believe this is because most owners only use a Logitech G Mouse, so they do not know the impact on other wireless devices. However, there are a few reviewers who, like me, use other wireless devices and are experiencing the same issue.

My previous 4K player was a Sony which froze often while watching 4K blurays. I bought this based on various reviews and recommendations as a replacement. So far, this player blows the Sony away. I've watched a dozen or so discs already with no freezing and the picture quality is amazing. I haven't compared the picture quality side by side with the Sony but the Panasonic seems better.

I was told to add soap/cleaner at the required ratio directly into the soap dispenser instead of adding the cleaner full strength to the soap dispenser. Which way is correct? Diluted doesn't work well. Yes, using the soap nozzle. Thanks

Are they able to connect with my PS4 Pro?
The only way I have found is to connect with a cable from the headset to the controller jack. The volume is controller through the PS4 app and the mic will not work but it sounds good and the system swaps over automatically if you select auto select audio connection device.

Can I connect this headphones to my PS4 ?
The only way I have found it to connect with a cable from the headset to the controller jack. The volume is controller through the PS4 app and the mic will not work but it sounds good and the system swaps over automatically if you select auto select audio connection device.

Will this charger work with the S10?
It works for our S10 and has a larger diameter device support ring when compared to the newer version. This keeps you larger devices more stable and allows better charging when using the newer Power Share feature. Also the LED charge indicator is large enough to actually see the charging state of the device when compared to the tiny LED on the newer wireless charger.

Yes any metal plate attached to the case will most likely prevent the wireless charger from working. If you can get it to work it may also over heat the device and cause damage to it. I have the same issue. I had a case I put the metal disc on and even though I place the disc near the very top of my case it prevented wireless charging. My case was split and I could take the phone out easily but after doing that for a few months the case will not stay together now so it is useless now. I now have two vehicles with magnetic holders and no phone to attach if I want to use wireless charging.

Will this charge two S10's in using wireless power share?
I am having issues getting this to work with two S10's in power share. It will seem to be charging but the bottom phone doesn't seem to charge correctly and you can not see the charging indicator on this model to know what is going on. I prefer the old version for a number of reasons. Large diameter device support ring keeps the devices more stable and helps in power share charging. The LED indicator on this model is a small indicator and is hard to see. The previous version has a clear ring around the perimeter which glows so you can see the charge status easily. I returned mine for two of the previous models for less money.
