what is the charge for delivery and install plus takeaway of a washer and dryer set?
All free. If you look at brochure for Best Buy appliances, especially for washers and dryers which was right by the cash register in the washer dryer department, I found a sentence that said haul away of both items were free. I had already been told delivery was free so when my sales man said the haul away was $50 for each washer and dryer I pointed out to him what their own brochure said and all three were free !

I have an old LG front load washer. Every few washes, I have to drain about 2 cups water from the little hose in front where objects and debris can collect. Do the newer washers need this water drained periodically?
This one has same hose for drainage. I just bought washer and have used it four wash loads. There is a light that lights up to tell you to drain water from this filter hose, mine has not come on yet. Manual recommends you drain once a month. Will see if light comes on before then.
