For the very little printing I do, regular household/not business, every couple Months it’s telling me I need to replace Ink Cartridges when i haven’t even printed 50 pages & cartridges are not cheap

Are these Universal Speaker Stands? Would like to know if these are compatible to sony rear channel speakers ? My speakers are about 13” in height & about 7” wide
