This machine is great. We have 2 refrigerators that don’t make ice and we only have to run the machine twice a week to make enough ice for both freezers (5 people).
Only issue I’ve had is very minor, the ice tends to stick together when you first dump the basket into the bin in the freezer. I find if I spread it out a bit in the bin it helps.
