We purchased this microwave about a month ago and have been happy with it.
A couple of "first world problems" were not being able to see the buttons too well if not in well lit area. We did have to take the first microwave back as a bolt at the top of the microwave was missing and it was a must have bolt to secure to the wall. Best Buy was so easy to exchange so that was a cince...considering it wasn't there fault but more of the manufacturer.

We do love the one touch time feature on the microwave. Just push like 2 and start and it heats for 2 minutes.
