Purchased this to replace the infrared (IR) remote that shipped with a TCL 55S515 tv. The old original IR remote was temperamental.
You always had to have the IR remote pointed just perfectly.

The new Roku Voice Remote synced up to the TCL 5 Series without any issue and works GREAT! Voice commands appear to work well too.
One thing of note:
Initially, the Roku Remote was loosing connection to the TV after about 4 hours.
I went into Power settings > Auto Power savings
and turned On "Fast TV start"
Turned Off "Reduce power after 15 minutes" and "Turn off after 4 hours"

Was going to buy this tv to replace my 5 yr. old 1080P 58" Samsung. But looking at the reviews we have almost the same amount of 5 star & 1 star reviews. Time to move on to a different model/TV. This would of been my first 4K tv.

We love the TCL Roku. This is the 3rd one we have in our home (the other is a 32 in and a 43 in), and we love them all. You can download all your favorite apps and the picture and sound quality is great! Especially at the price point.

Not sure what you paid for this TV 3 weeks ago. But at the price it's now. Which is about $250-$300 more than it's lowest price. It's just not worth it. Lets see how many of these over priced TCL 2020 4K TV's that BB can sale.

Why diid TCL raise the MSRP price on their 2020 5 & 6 Series models?
Best Buy is not the online retailer that raised their prices. But all of them did after you "TCL" raised your prices for the 5 & 6 2020 Series. You would think you would lower prices to get rid of inventory for the newer 2021 models. But thanks to you raising the prices of the 2020 models I have decided to go with a different brand.
