Does the job, but didn't like the fact that you actually had to lift the product up to empty the crumbs. It doesn't have a removable crumb tray; rather, it's built in. Exchanged this for the Bella - Pro Series 6-Slice.

I just starting using my ice make in January and I have it set to small and the large ice cubes come out. Can this be recalibrated to make the small ice? Am I doing something wrong?
