We had pedestal units for our previous washer and dryer and would not buy again without them. They make a world of difference.

Can't really speak to the units as they were only installed today.
But we can speak to the professional installation by Geek Squad. All members were wearing masks without being asked. They did a great job and helped me recover the pedestals from the old units which we will use for storage.
The units look to be easy to use and understand. Our only sad is the dryer does not have an interior light. We can live with that.
