Spider-Man: No way Home is the best of the Tom Holland Spider-Man movies and it was a superb follow-up to Far From Home. The action and the fight scenes were great and previous characters from the Sam Raimi Spider-Man movies like the Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus and Tobey Maguire back as the first original Spider-Man. It also has Andrew Garfield from the Amazing Spider-Man Movies playing Spider-Man as well, so all three Spider-Man actors from The MCU share Screen time which I thought was great. Doctor Strange, Sandman, Electro, and plenty of other characters in this film really stand out. This movie is very entertaining in the MCU and plenty of action to go around.
The 4K Dolby Vision picture is simply stunning even in darker scenes.
The Dolby Atmos soundtrack is excellent. This film is a worthwhile purchase.

I love this show and the final season did not disappoint. All the characters in this show really shine in these final episodes, especially the villain Lex Luthor portrayed by Jon Cryer. All these episodes keep you on the edge of your seat with wonderful cliffhanger endings. It is too bad this show lasted only six seasons. Blu ray picture and sound is very good. Highly enjoyable final season to a very entertaining series.

The Godfather trilogy in stunning 4K!! It's about time. These classic films have never looked better. The Godfather released in 1972 as a 50 year anniversary release is one of the greatest films of all time and one of my all time favorites and the 4K picture is simply awesome for the age of the film. The Godfather Part II is the greatest sequel of all time and also one of my favorite films and also features an excellent 4K picture. The third Godfather film is the re-edited Mario Puzo's The Godfather Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone. It is a better version of the final film and is generally pretty good, but it is my least favorite film of the trilogy. It also features an excellent 4K picture. The original 1990 cut of the film The Godfather Part III is included in this set. For fans of these films, this 50 year anniversary 4K set is definitely a worthwhile purchase. You won't be disappointed.

The Father is simply one of the best films released in the last several years with Sir Anthony Hopkins giving one of his best performances in his long career as a man who suffers from dementia and really can't remember a lot of important events in his life. What makes this film so intriguing is that it places the viewing audience in the mind of the Anthony Hopkins character Anthony, so it is like experiencing dementia through his mind. The blu-ray picture is absolutely stunning. A highly recommended film.

What can be said about Forrest Gump? One of the greatest films of all time that is worthy of multiple viewings. This classic film has one of the best story lines ever and Tom Hanks is simply at his talented best with his performance as a simple man who, despite being somewhat physically handicapped with rather low intelligence, gets involved with so many life experiences that touches the lives of so many around him. He gets a college degree, then serves his country in Vietnam.
While on patrol during a routine operation, the platoon is ambushed, and Forrest's bravery saves the lives of many other soldiers in his platoon, including Lieutenant Dan, his platoon leader, who lost his legs and wanted to die with honor in the field instead, by making it his destiny. But Lieutenant Dan eventually thanks Forrest for his heroic unselfish bravery, despite earlier bitterness, as the two of them create the "Bubba Gump Shrimp Company" after fulfilling a promise to his fallen platoon-mate Bubba to start a shrimping business after they served in Vietnam. Gary Sinise's performance as Lieutenant Dan is just superb.
Other great performances such as Sally Field as Forrest's mom and Robin Wright as Jenny, who is Forrest's childhood friend and eventually does win her heart and they do get married.
Director Robert Zemeckis and screenwriter Eric Roth, as well as the story based on the novel by Winston Groom make this oscar winning film a true treasure.

This is one of the greatest action/science fiction films of all time and I never get tired of watching it. When I learned about a 30th anniversary 4K steelbook version was going to be released, I was hoping for an all new 4K version for the extended cut. Unfortunately, the 4K version here is just the theatrical cut only. I just do not understand why. The picture quality in the 4K version is pretty good, but far from great. As for the sound, the DTS-HD MA 5.1 delivers the goods, but a Dolby Atmos sound would have been an improvement and should have been a no-brainer decision especially for a film that relies heavily on action sequences such as this one. Still, the movie is a classic and that alone makes this a worthwhile purchase.

Enjoyable film that is good, but not great. Lots of good battle scenes, but like many sequels, it does not measure up to the original Wonder Woman movie. The 4K picture is solid, but has a slight grainy look that can be a bit distracting at times. Still, the colors pop out pretty good for a natural film-like presentation. The Dolby Atmos sound is good, but slightly toned down. It is not excessively loud like other action movies, so it is at a comfortable level.

Going back in time to when I first saw Back to the Future in 1985, it turned out to be my favorite film of the year and the two sequels that followed made this trilogy an absolute must-own in 4K!! I purchased the 25th anniversary blu-ray ten years ago and thought the hi-def picture was decent. However, the 4K picture is much better with brighter colors and deeper blacks and the best this movie franchise has ever looked. The Dolby Atmos sound is also very good and also an improvement. If you love these movies, the 4K is definitely the way to go.

This is the best way to experience this excellent film. Ron Howard's classic movie is one of my favorite films of all time. The 4K transfer is a very good visual presentation that is the best I have ever seen it and a worthwhile upgrade to the standard blu-ray. The Dolby Atmos sound is dynamic sounding with a full punch in the low end, especially when Apollo 13 blasts off!! Great movie and definitely happy with this purchase.
