It is a bit tricky to utilize. I think it's rating by computer specialists is pretty low actually. I've kept Norton Antivirus on my other computers because it seems more comprehensive. It came at no additional cost with computer purchase, consequently the value was right up there.

There are a lot of keys on the keyboard that have taken getting used to coming from a smaller notebook computer. Display is clear and pleasant. Had one incident where it "recycled" without a clear understanding why which was worked out at the Geek Squad help desk. Otherwise, good value and nice replacement of old computer.
