Packaging is "paper". NO dvd case. (discs will scratch upon removal/placement) paper book, no plastic. Trying to get discs out would damage paper. Also if, water damage paper will stick to discs, leaving no case for product.
Immediate return. Only reason purchased is UHD included regular bluray. (just wanted bluray) not worth it at any cost due to packaging.

Can I transfer music from the SD card to the internal memory without a computer?
No. Micro sd card is READ ONLY. cannot transfer items on/off card with NWA45. To transfer onto NWA45 you need included proprietary 'walkman' cable. (I have 1200 songs regular MP3, not even using half of storage.) (SOUNDWISE same quality sound as Sony wh-1000xm3 when hi-res turned on)
