1st and last LG Phone Quality Issues

I have the Sprint version. The only this good about the phone is the customer service give by Sprint. My second LGV40 replacement died a few weeks ago. Just will not power on. Zero physical damage and not water damage. Always kept in a case with a screen protector. LG Customer Service is not the worst but it is up there. I thought I would give LG a shot but from the 1st few weeks I had the phone I knew it was a mistake. 2 Year Promise is a joke. When the phone worked it was great. Took the phone to Sprint/T-Moblie Store and they could not get it to do anything and just offer to sell me another phone. I have never had a phone die on me. Still have a working Iphone4s and various Microsoft Windows phones that still work. Even one that I dropped in a pool. Come on LG get it together.

Wrote a honest review but i do not see posted. This is the worst phone i have ever owned and I received the worst service and treatment from best buy ever and I am a Elite Plus customer. Defective from Day 1. Sprint 1st level service is frustrating. If you must get this phone or Sprint make sure that you go to Sprint and not Best Buy. Had to send a new phone back to LG because of the Best Buy employees don't know how to do their jobs. Had to buy a spare phone to use while I mail a new defective phine back to LG. LG confirmed they resolved the software issue and the sent the phone back to be not the way it was sent to them. Used the phone for one day and the exact problem is back plus additional issues that I did not have prior to sending the phone to LG. Now customer services wants me to mail the phone back the them again.
Run from LG. Every mobile product I buy from them is defective.

LG Customer Service along with Best Buy is useless

Thank you for your response. Sent brand new phone in for service for one problem with the phone that would not allow me to go into settings and the phone was sent back to me the same as when I shipped it to LG. But now my finger print scanner does not work. Customer Service told me to ship the phone back to them that i habe had back for less than 24 hours. What a was of time and what a poor level of service. $900 phone that has not worked properly since day one and LG. just wants to keep repairing it and not replace.
