I bought the Roku Ultra 4k hdr/hdr10+ to compare ( I had my doubts) it to my older Roku Premium 4k on my New 98" Samsung Qled Q80c TV..
I have been impressed with how much better the video quality is streaming Hd and 4k HDR/hdr10+ content compare to my older Roku Premium.. not to mention how much faster it is opening up apps.. I especially like the backlit rechargeable remote.. I wished the ethernet port was a gigabit connection as I prefer to connect with a wired connection, but so far the 100mbps ethernet port has not been a issue..

Frustrating driver issues with Windows 10...

I bought 6 of these's HP laserjet color printers and set them up on 6 Windows 10 office Pc’s via the USB port and have had nothing but driver issues with 4 of them.. the USB Universal print driver that sets up when go through the HP setup from HP 123 setup gives a error message pcl6 when trying to print PDF docs/files.. so installed the Universal printer driver PCL6 to fix that issue, then it will have a issue with printing Adobe photoshop brochures in color with that driver because it can't auto detect the brochures being in portrait mode or in landscape mode.. and to top that off the Windows 10 updates will change the driver to a Universal print driver version 2 that doesn’t work when trying to print PDF documents..HELP .. its like going circles with no permanent fix..

I bought these's to compare to my Sony WH-XB900N and the WH1000 were very disappointing for several reasons...the over sound is better on my Sonys 900N..plus i had to turn the volume up louder on the WH1000 just to be satisfied with the music i was listening to and thats even with adjusting the EQ.. finally theres a setting with the X
WH1000 in the Sony app called " pressurizing" and can't disable so I felt there was pressure in my ears and would make feel i couldn't hear properly...
Finally i'm not a fan of the Noise canceling technology on any headphones but at least the Sonys 900N allow me to disable that feature and enable the ambient mode so it doesn't feel like i have pressure in my ears...
So I recommend the Sony WH1000XM4

Quantum Dot adds alot of WOW factor. Very bright and vibrant set, great smart features. Now for the deal killer.. the 82" panel suffers from severe motion blur on moving objects, especially visible on high contrast/solid color backgrounds. For example, Ice Hockey, Snowboarding, Basketball, Animated shows, and video games... all have horrible ghost trails on moving objects against white/solid backgrounds. It's absolutely horrible... my research online seems to indicate problem is limited to the 82" panel, so look elsewhere if you are looking at that size. When I contacted Samsung, they said this was accepted and normal for this set. And so, despite it's beauty and the great deal I got, this set is going back. Shame on Samsung for lack of quality control on this panel!

The reason I ask is I upgraded from the q6fn to the q8fn and the the q8fn had the exact same issue’s as you wrote about in your review..
Needless to say I went back to the 82” q6fn which DID NOT or does not have the issue’s you mention in your review...

There is a long delay when the doorbell is pressed to when you are alerted on the app. Also a long delay when speaking to the person outside. What's worse is they say it works with Google Assistant. You can only control the light. I have the Google Home Max. You cannot view the live feed on it. It makes it useless for my parents since they don't use apps on their phone. You're better off with the Nest or Ring doorbell.

My Maximus Answer dual cam video Doorbell works great thur the iphone app, I have no need to use thur the Google home max..I connected mine on my 5GHZ wifi and get instance notifications instance live view and the doorbell chime also rings instantaneously when the button is pushed..as far as the two way audio there is about a half sec delay but thats the case with most video doorbell cams..You can’t beat the dual cam feature with the top cam being a 1080p hdr cam and they pre recorded messages playing when motion is detected which can prevent a crime from happen..the people detection is spot on and you get about 10sec’s of pre video recording so you don’t miss anything before or after motion is detected....I also like that I can watch the live video feed as long as I want with the iphone app..the only thing it does not do is record both sides of the 2way conversation on video clips..but that can be fixed with a firmware update..

I have had 2 of these Tv's and I have notice 2 small tiny dots which looks like dust behind the main screen/panel when there is a white scene on the screen .. you can only seem them up close. The picture and video looks great , I just happen to notice them when I was up close ..have you notices this..?

Picture quality is great, it usually takes about a week for the screen to get really tuned in.
My problem is with Best Buy. I bought a Samsung 85" 8K tv less than 2 years ago. It crapped out on me. I'm on with customer support right now to get it repaired. I've been passed to 5 different "specialists", they tell me I canceled my warranty which is a lie. $3500 for a paperweight!!

I have had 2 of the 98" Q80C and both have had either dead pixels and or dust behind the ( I believe its dust spots) screen that shows up as a little grey/black dot on white scenes..is that what we should except from a screen this size..??

Guess what, it does work with Windows 7 Pro 64bit SP1 as long as you have Net framework 4.6 for Microsoft or higher installed ..the printer came in yesterday and I installed it on 2 of my Windows 7 pc via the network port...I did have to create a hp acct..
