This is a well built and excellent storage solution for a small home. It came with a dent in the side panel. As it did not impact the use of the pedestal and would not be seen, I was offered a $75 gift card as compensation and accepted.

The delivery was successful but.....

I had made it clear to the salesman at the time of purchase that I had hardwood floors that required protection during the move out of the old and delivery of new unit. I was given assurance that the delivery team always uses padding on floors as protection. The delivery team did not use any type of protection for the floor. Only during the move in of the new unit was anything placed on the floor. A piece of heavy plastic approx 40" x 30" was used at the entry of the bathroom to allow the team to turn the unit 45 degrees from the hallway and slide it into the utility area. In doing so, they slid one corner of the unit off the plastic in the hallway. It was not until I was cleaning up after the team had departed that I saw the floor had been gouged.
I was disappointed in the handling. A hand truck was the means of delivery and removal. Both of the delivery people were polite and friendly. They were efficient if not overly careful. They were on time and removed the old washer/dryer out to the garage as arranged. I was given a short demonstration of the features of the new appliance and how to use it. I have reported the damage to Best Buy.
