The two gentlemen did a very good job, moving my washer into the basement slowly down the stairs, being careful of the washer & the woodwork. They put it in place, hooked it up, and checked to make sure all was ready to go. The one thing that would help would be for Best Buy to supply them with a proper appliance dolly (like you get from UHaul) that has a strap and the rubber tracks on the uprights for moving up and down stairs.

We bought this to replace an older Bosch unit that was about 20 years old. We needed a unit that has a sanitizing cycle. I love the top silverware rack - it holds much more than the traditional basket. It takes some thinking to load it - it can be a puzzle to see how much it you can get in it, but with the fold down racks there isn't anything we couldn't get in it. The cycle is very long, but it holds more than the old one and it is so quiet you have to look to see if it is running most of the time. I am very happy with the purchase.

What does e-22 and e-24 mean how can I correct the problem?
E-22 means there is water in the sump because the filter is blocked or needs to be cleaned. We've found that hard foods like nuts can be a problem because they don't dissolve and the dishwasher doesn't have a grinder. Also check that the pump is not clogged with something like a nut or seed. You access it under the filter.
E-24 means that the drain system is broken or blocked. Check that your drain hose is not kinked and the piping it is attached to is not clogged.
Both these are an issue of not being able to pump out the dishwasher. If clearing the drain and checking the hose don't work, you may have a bad sensor and may need a pro to figure it out.

With our old Bosch, we can set it up to wash (pick a cycle) and leave the door open until a timer turns off the power. Then we can fill close it and when the power comes on again, the dishwasher works without any buttons being pushed. Same here?
The new 300 has two buttons to start it. When you press the power button it lights up the cycle selection from the last cycle. You can change it if needed. You press the start / pause button to start it (and can pause it when you find that one more fork that should go in).
