In comparing this to previous models of that same price point, it's definitely taking a nose dive. The Controls/Remote are as cheap/basic as a kid's toy. The build/weight of it also seems cheap. Light and Flimsy. The sound isn't as good as the last comparable model I had which actually was $200 more. It's really has been minimized. Even the dial doesn't light up like past editions. It has a ton of features, is THX and Atmos/Vision/4K HDR but for the money, don't expect much. Most of my ONKYO receivers get high use and usually die 4-5 years later. The last one was fixed 2X for a faulty DTS chip. My receivers don't get heavy use, but do get a lot of it. Just filling tv audio and an occasional blu ray. But we are definitely not blasting death metal for 10 hours at a time. It's always on. But is used lightly. If you get it for $299 or less, take a shot. But I wouldn't pay a penny more for this Onkyo.

Movie is ok at best. The CGI is really good but the story line is weak and predicable. Warner Bros just can't do a good DC movie.

For $35, you won't get a better screenplay software. It did arrive in an unsealed snap case with an install cd which at this point was laughable. I had to go to the company website and download the software to my MAC and then enter the code that was inside the case. Install was a little wonky at first. It took 3 times for it to stick.
