Geek Squad in Florida needs more training

this was the worse service I ever got, first it was remote to help resolve problem and person resolved nothing. then had in home service and person resolved nothing. I continued to research issue on my own to resolve printer problem which ended up being that I needed to delete and re-enter wifi connection into the printer and then everything worked.
