Sadly, this antenna does not get the 60 miles of range as claimed. I called the company, they are good at responding to calls but they have no solution for the problem. They will not exchange the product for a stronger antenna or send a stronger amplifier that might work. Wow, that's a big chunk of money out of my pocket (over $100) :( This antenna can be attached to your TV, using the USB or outlet plug included with antenna. It has an amplifier attached to plug too. I tried connecting antenna to TV, with and w/o the amplifier & still got nothing but static. I repeatedly moved it & searched for channels again & again, sadly nothing but static. I just can't recommend this product or the company. Best Buy was no help either. They recommended this antenna for my location.

Antennae like this are completely based on your distance from and line of sight to the broadcasting towers. Live in a rural area, it might not work. Live in a hilly area, might not work. I have three smaller Mohu antennae in the house and they work extremely well.

Why? It cooks regular rice pretty quickly. You might have to use more water since it's already cooked and dehydrated (Googled it).

Does this come with a regular remote?
No. I think it's part of what keeps the cost down on this model. The channel guide works pretty well so we just use that instead of surfing up or down channels. If you really need or want that, Insignia sells some really inexpensive universal remotes that would fix the issue. I've considered it.
