Hardware is good.. Works well. The Software app, though, is absolutely NOT Intuitive, an can be downright confusing; it is the weakest link with this product (BTW I happen to be tech savy..)

The software that you can download from their site is Samsung magician that can speed up your ssd even more.

sometimes when I turn the camera to view I loose the colors it becomes black & white , pleaswnote that I purshase D link # 8525LH from yor store Please advice thanks in advanc Miss Dee
If the camera is looking at a darker or poorly lit area, it will go into an infrared black and white mode, which enables it to see at night. If you turn on a lamp in that area so it is better lit, the picture will change back to color. Hope this helps.
