To my surprise,. I saw transfer speed of ~250 MB/s to this flash drive
(from my Samsung NVME drive).
I used to get max ~150 MB/s from the same NVME drive to WD external drives (4 TB, 8 TB, and 10 TB).

Will this replace my orig hard drive on a hp pavilion x360 15-cr0055od laptop
Unless there is something very peculiar about your PC (I doubt it), this can replace any boot drive in a PC with a SATA III slot.
You will need a disk cloning SW, recommending to purchase Acronis, but there are free SW as well (like Minitool which normally works as well unless unexpected errors happen).
