Wow, what an incredible picture! Replaced an older Samsung Qdot TV which I thought was as good as it could get but I was wrong - this one tops it by a large margin. We had in-home installation, at 80+ lbs, too big and too expensive to mess with. Already had a big Sanus mount for the previous TV and all the Geek Squad had to do was move it up 5 or 6". BTW, they did a great job! Never used the Geek Squad before since I'm as much a geek as they are! But 80lbs is 80lbs...
First, I was also considering an OLED until I learned they might be subject to burn-in, wife leaves the TV on all day just for background noise (usually on QVC) so I nixed OLED immediately.
Beyond just a superb picture, the viewing angle is superior to our previous KS8000 model. At 160deg+ off the centerline, I do notice a little irregularity on a flat white field and its a little noticeable on a moving image (we had Youtube running at the time) - but on axis and at a more normal viewing aspect, no problem at all.
Samsung's app store and its menu bar can be a pain - I still haven't figured out how to move an app around or remove it from the home screen.

Needed to replace a backup drive so I bought a Ugreen enclosure, placed this disk inside and we were back on the air.
Only issue is the drive temperature - with the enclosure closed, it can rise to 50C which wile not over-temp, is too high for me so I leave the cover off the enclosure.

Wasn't the model I originally wanted but the TV has worked out nicely. I use mine as the primary monitor for a flight simulation system. Works well. I sit 3' from it and I do notice a little darkening in the far left and right few inches but nothing I can't live with. Viewed from farther away there's no visible darkening.
And the price was right - a 3-monitor configuration would have cost a lot more and I wouldn't have the vertical field of view I get using this TV.

Amazing sound!
Had one issue worth mentioning: we had random audio drop-outs. By random, I mean, 6 hrs one time, two hours the next, The picture would be normal, just no sound whatsoever. The soundbar info would show nothing wrong. Sometimes switching the HDMI input around and back to the original would help, sometimes not. So I started disconnecting input sources.
We have an AppleTV*, Sony Blu-ray and Kinivo HDMI switch connected - one guess which one was causing the problem - the Kinivo switch, of course! After disconnecting it, the audio drop-outs appear to have stopped. Since we have multiple games connected to the switch, I replaced the Kinivo with a Tripplite HDMI switch and so far, so good!

Audio dropout problem was far simpler than I originally thought! After two calls to Polk, the rep suggested I power cycle the soundbar,,,I did that and so far it now works! Never dawned on me that might actually work but it seems to have cured the hiccups.
