Good product, incompetent installation by BB techn

Very good product. After the incompetent technician hooked the cold source to the hot input of the washing machine and the hot source to the cold, I was able to fix the potentially damaging installation by moving the machine out of the way so that I could reach around and with some effort reverse the hookups and fix the problem
