Update
June 11, 2024
Finally received my washer. The guys hooked it up and left. He turned on machine before leaving. When I went to check it I touched the glass top and it was hot from the hot water. I thought pressed hot by mistake, so I washed load of clothes, pressed cold water but hold water coming out. I tested the valves etc. nothing worked so I called they scheduled someone to come back, they show up today and after looking at it he said it was defective and needed to be replaced. The notification said it would be July 1st before they come back
