I initially purchased this phone case thinking I would use the stash pocket on it for cards and also to watch videos. The case ended up making the phone too bulky for my needs. The case fits well overall and works fine with the Zagg Shield screen protectors.

Having been a long time Galaxy user (S3, S5 and S 7) I did not care for the S8 or S9. The only Apple product I own prior to the iPhone XR was my trusty iPod Nano. It took a little time to get use to the iOS compared to having been with Andriod for a long time. The phone performs great, is very user friendly and I cannot emphasize enough about the battery life. My S7 was having trouble staying charged for 4 hours even with limited use. I know the phone was aging along with the battery. I can charge my iPhone XR and use it for two days without having to recharge. I use my phone several times throughout the day. To me it was worth the upgrade. I did consider the iPhone 8 which is slightly smaller and had the physical home button. I would not go with a phone any larger as I would have a brick in my uniform pants.

I've had OtterBox products on other phones and when I upgraded to the iPhone XR, I initially purchased an Under Armor case. The case was a bit more bulky than I would have liked. I exchanged it for the OtterBox Commuter case. It's slightly slimmer in profile and provides enough protection. I have a Zagg Shield installed and the case fits without any issues.

Question if your still paying your phone off can you still trade in to Best Buy if your through at&t
It depends on how much you have left to pay but it can be traded in towards a new phone. My wife traded in her iPhone 8 and we both upgraded to iPhone XRs. The balance on the iPhone 8 was less than $300 and she had already paid enough months on it to be upgrade eligible. Consult your AT&T account or Best Buy online and you will be able to find out your eligibility.
