Purchase this whenever I wanted to get rid of Internet providers modem with their telephone service. Only issue is I had to contact the internet provider for them to ping the signal to this new modem. Had maybe two issues where I had to do a hard reset in the past couple years. Overall I think it's a good modem

Wanted to replace landline phone provider. Just needed internet and set up an account paid roughly $15 to Port my number so I kept it the same. I've been using it ever since for a few years. Save me a monthly payment to the phone company and magicJack cost roughly $60 a year

Worked great then crashed. Contacted Seagate customer support and did troubleshooting. The files must have been corrupted somehow. Seagate ship me a new hard drive however I had to pay for shipping for both. So I was out some money but better than a total loss.
