Beware the Open-Box "Excellent"

The tv quality is mind blowing. However, given that I haven't purchased a tv since 2010, that was expected. I will say that I bought an open-box item that was listed at "Excellent". But when I arrived at the store, they informed me that the tv did not have a box, power cord, or remote. Additionally, when I arrived home I discovered a deep scratch in the tv frame. It has also taken me awhile to figure out how to turn off the "retail mode'. And, occasionally when we first turn the tv on, the last app we were using pops up, then the tv turns itself off.

This washer is a dream! It's big enough for my Buffy king sized comforter and it has removed stains from items I thought were a lost cause. I have zero complaints. However, I can see how if you were short (I am 5'8"), getting items from the bottom of the drum would be very difficult.
