Total Tech Support annual renewals cost too much

While the services provided through Total tech Support add ease of mind and serve as a neat library of readily available reference should anything go wrong, most of the rewards should be standard. Ridiculous that items like wash machines and refrigerators and TV's now routinely break down in less than 5 years and homeowners are hi jacked into having to add coverage to anything leaving the store lest they prepare for certain repairs in less time than it takes for an entering kindergartener to complete elementary school. The $200 annual renewal fee just adds further insult as a recurring extended warranty service.

The agents that delivered our wash machine went out of their way to additionally re-connect our dryer exhaust (no charge) as they noticed it had come detached in the back and was very difficult for me to get at as I have knee and shoulder impairments. The team was in and out within an hour for the hookup. They wore masks and were professional in appearance and service. The sales manager talked us into buying the larger 5.0 cu ft model as it was more than sufficient to handle the load of a comforter as well - something us guys don't really take into account when purchasing a wash machine. That was a great piece of advice that only cost an additional $45. Thank You Alex!

Alex, the appliance manager worked well together with the store manager to accommodate a credit adjustment as the fridge price dropped significantly a little over a month ago. In that time, the refrigerator has zero issues. Everything is very easy to find. The ice maker is almost silent and always reliable! I didn't think I would like a lower level freezer compartment as all of our refrigerators over the past 40 years have been either French door or standard design. Love this configuration. Only go to the freezer when it is needed and there is plenty of storage. The LED lighting is stylish and modern and makes evening trips inside the fridge easy to navigate. Love this fridge - love it, love it, love it!
