Excellent movie by Denis Villenueve! While the 4K disc isn't a drastic improvement over the standard blu-ray disc in terms of sharpness, the HDR makes a difference here! The improved contrast makes the colors more impactful, but still reserved to reflect the movie's intended tone. The 4K disc itself does not include any extras/special features, but they are all included on the standard blu-ray that is also included in this set. Comes with English, English SDH, French, and Spanish subtitles. Extras on the blu-ray disc include the following:

This is an excellent budget tablet! Although it only has 2 GB of RAM, it is capable of running most apps without any issue. Only downfall is that the tablet isn't capable to running multiple apps at once, and will often need to close apps once 3 or more have been opened. Perfect for media and gaming, and can stream YouTube videos in 1080p HD as well. Battery life is excellent for a size of 6150 mAh, and takes about 1.5 hours to charge 40% (if utilizing between 40%-80% charge) with micro USB-C that is included with the tablet.

Very nice steelbook!

Very nice 4K steelbook, BUT, the artwork advertised on Best Buy website is slightly wrong. There are no borders on either the front or the back of the steelbook as advertised, but the title "FROZEN" is debossed. The 4K UHD blu-ray disc art being advertised is also different from the actual 4K disc art.
As for picture quality, it is a good uptick compared to the standard blu-ray disc. The biggest takeaway for the 4K disc is that the movie is in the original 2.39:1 aspect ratio. The standard blu-ray that was released back in March 2014, which is also the same as the one included in the steelbook, had an aspect ratio of 2.24:1.

I saw this movie when it was first released, and it has been a Christmas classic ever since! This is the same blu-ray disc as the one that was released by 20th Century Fox in 2008 with both Theatrical version and Extended Director's Cut as well as the special features. Only difference with this release is that it does come with Digital HD code that redeems through Movies Anywhere despite the expiration date of 10/06/18 and being "UltraViolet" code. Subtitles for the blu-ray disc include: English, Spanish, Korean, Mandarin (Simplified), Mandarin (Traditional), Thai.
Special features are:
-The Making of a Hero (480p, 15:29)
-Super Kids (480p, 8:12)
-Turbo Man: Behind the Mask (480p, 8:17)

The standard blu-ray disc was excellent, but the 4K disc showcases a tremendous amount of depth, detail, and color with the full benefits of HDR. Both the 4K disc and the standard blu-ray disc is for the theatrical version of the movie, with the extended cut being limited to digital only (which can be redeemed using the code provided). Subtitles for the 4K disc includes: English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Greek, Turkish. The 4K disc is for the movie only, and all special features are included on the standard blu-ray which include:

This was a decent 4K upscale. While there are scenes which appear better than the standard blu-ray disc, there were also scenes in which the resolution clarity appeared the same as the standard blu-ray. The 4K UHD disc has ported over most of the supplements as well as the sole supplement on the Extended Cut.

For some reason, the standard blu-ray discs for the 3 versions of the movie have compression issues compared to the previous blu-ray releases, so if you own this movie in previously released blu-ray set, I'd recommend holding on to those as well. Despite the compression issues on the blu-ray, which the 4K discs do not have, this set is still worth for the 4K qualities and the special features discs.

Writer/director Taika Waititi (director of THOR RAGNAROK and HUNT FOR THE WILDERPEOPLE) brings his signature style of humor and pathos to his latest film, JOJO RABBIT, a World War II satire that follows a lonely German boy (Roman Griffin Davis as Jojo) whose world view is turned upside down when he discovers his single mother (Scarlett Johansson) is hiding a young Jewish girl (Thomasin McKenzie) in their attic. In spite of his idiotic imaginary friend, Adolf Hitler (Waititi), Jojo confronts his blind nationalism.
Does the 4k version of Jojo Rabbit contain any features that the blu ray version doesn't? What makes it a "special edition?"
The 4K disc only contains Audio Commentary by Taika Waititi, and does not contain other features that are on the standard blu-ray disc. It is not a "special edition" other than Disney/Fox way of marketing their products as "ULTIMATE COLLECTOR'S EDITION" for the highest format available on physical media.
